FFA Auction is next Thursday, February 6! This year's pulled pork dinner cost will be by donation for all non-buyers.
Mark your calendars! The FFA Chapter member auction will be Thursday, February 6 in the high school gym lobby. Come support these hard-working students so they can continue competing on the state and national levels!

The yearbook staff does its best to get to all the school events. However, there are some moments we are bound to miss. This is where you come in. Homecoming coronation will take place at 5:45 tomorrow night 1/17/25.
Congratulations to Evelyn Chavez, RJ Harrison, Colton Burns, Erin Guinn, and Andres Gamez for placing 4th in the Western National Meats Contest at Colorado State University. The team also placed 1st overall in grading. We are proud of these kids for their work and efforts on a national level! Go Longhorns!

The winning class this week (1 elementary and 1 JH/HS) will get a pizza party! And all proceeds will go to help Thatcher!
Many have reached out on how to help the Vitales family. We are getting an account set up at CSB in Dover for those who would like to donate. It should be ready on Monday. You can take cash or write a check to Randy or Ismael Vitales and it will go straight to their account where they can use it to pay medical bills. As many of you have heard, we had a 10th grade student, Randy Vitalis, collapse during our boys basketball game this afternoon at the Mulhall-Orlando Basketball Tournament. Coaches from Dover and a player from the opposing team, Life Christian Academy, administered CPR for several minutes and also used a defibrillator to restore Randy's heartbeat until paramedics arrived to transport him to Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City. Randy is currently on a ventilator, but his blood pressure is stable. Randy is undergoing several tests and will be moved to ICU. Doctors did say that the quick response by our coaches and the training they received is probably what saved his life. Counselors and some area pastors were at the school when our teams returned to talk and pray with our students. We thank you for your prayers and ask our Dover Community to continue to pray for Randy, his family and the Dover students and staff.
