Tomorrow 10-9 State Baseball Send off at 8:15 Bus will come in front of the Christian Church

Dover Schools will let out at NOON on Thursday, October 9, 2025, so students and staff can attend the State Baseball Game at Edmond Memorial Field. The Dover Longhorns take on Leedey at 1:30PM.
Students will be released and buses will run at NOON!

Elementary festival schedule.

Better late than never. Monday we had a great morning at Longhorn Leadership. STUCO President RJ Harrison became the first student to lead our talk and Michael Barnes was presented the red bandanna for his friendship. Great job RJ and Michael.

Thank you Dover Public School Foundation for supporting our teachers and students!! Members of the Dover Public School Foundation board showed up to elementary assembly this morning to present “Grants to Teachers”. Eight teachers were awarded over $8600 for supplemental classroom supplies/projects. Board members (not all were able to attend) are Abette Bryan, Cheryl Bullis,  Nina Collums, John Gardner, Stephanie Guinn (grant chairman), Cathy Howard, Leah Mueggenborg, and Cindy Tucker.

The week is off to a great start with celebrations this morning during Longhorn Leadership. Coach Voth was honored for achieving his 200th career win with a commemorative bat from Coach Obeso and Coach Parker. Later Coach Voth presented the red bandanna to this weeks student of the week Cole Holdridge. Coach Voth said "Cole is always cooperative, hardworking and always takes initiative. Great job Cole and Coach Voth. Do Right and Go Longhorns!

Here are the schedules for this weeks district tournaments. Softball at Arnett on Thursday and Baseball here in Dover on Thursday and Friday. Admission at both sites will be $5 for adults and students. Come out and support the Longhorns and the Lady Longhorns.

Congratulations to our baseball team, consolation champions in the Ripley tournament this weekend. Taking down class A #10 Drummond and class B #7 Asher. Our boys head into this weeks district tournament with lots of momentum. Go Horns!

FCA tonight @ 6 at the Nance house! Breakfast for dinner is the theme. Bring a friend and come hang out with us!
